Position: 3rd Shift Press Operator at Charlotte, NC

Your Role

1. Operate and maintain the printing press, including color approval and preventive maintenance.
2. Ensure paperwork and specifications are accurate.
3. Operate the press to ensure quality of finished products.
4. Inspect finished products for offset, drying, and winding to ensure proper skidding.
5. Comply with all cGMPs, SOPs, safety, and company policies.
6. Work with the Feeder Operator to ensure successful production runs.
7. Ensure the press crew understands the daily production schedule.
8. Perform quality checks on cartons throughout production.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Profile

Minimum Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. At least three years of experience operating Man Roland or similar equipment.
3. Experience in pharmaceutical folding/carton environment preferred.
4. Knowledge of working in a quality-driven environment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Understanding of safety protocols, PS9000 Quality System, and high-security processing.
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
3. Intermediate mathematics skills.
4. Basic computer skills.
5. Mechanical aptitude.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Ability to multitask.
