Job summary

Polyfab is seeking a dependable manufacturing associate to operate and monitor molding equipment in a clean, climate-controlled plant in Sheboygan, WI. You will follow standard work instructions, complete paperwork accurately, and support continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Required high school or equivalent; 1 year manufacturing experience preferred. The role offers benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines in automatic or semi-automatic modes.
• Process and pack parts per standard work instructions.
• Verify size, color, and quality of parts per paperwork.
• Maintain 5S and keep clean, safe work area.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Notify supervisor when problems or supplies are needed.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
• Perform non-production duties as assigned.
• Assist with inventory audits.
