Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an entry-level Production Press Operator in the Stormville, NY area to support Bruderer stamping machines and maintain production flow. You will work on the production line, monitor equipment, and help ensure quality output.

The ideal candidate embraces safety, keeps accurate handwritten records, and follows supervisor instructions. This role offers hourly pay up to $22/hr plus overtime opportunities, with a quick onboarding process and room to grow in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Operations: assist day-to-day production on the line
• Monitor Production Equipment and report malfunctions promptly
• Perform limited in-process quality checks to ensure standards
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols in the production area
• Maintain accurate records of production output and material heat numbers with legible handwriting
• Follow supervisor instructions and participate in training to enhance skills

Experience: Entry Level

Salary: $18 - $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• a. Support Production Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production line, helping to ensure efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.
• b. Monitor Support Production Equipment: Monitor production equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly. Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• c. Quality Control: Conduct limited in-process quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
• d. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the production area is clean and organized, following all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• e. Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of production output, and material heat numbers. Must have legible handwriting
• f. Follow Instructions: Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the production process.
