Responsibilities

• Support Production Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production line, helping to ensure efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.
• Monitor Production Equipment: Monitor production equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly. Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Quality Control: Conduct limited in-process quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the production area is clean and organized, following all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of production output, and material heat numbers. Must have legible handwriting
• Follow Instructions: Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the production process.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively, communicate openly with colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Adaptability: Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed and adapt to changing production demands.

WORK Environment

This position involves working in a manufacturing environment. Hearing protection is required to be worn in the stamping production area. It's important to maintain a high level of alertness and caution while performing tasks in this work environment

Salary Description

$16 - $20 per hour
