Join Sealed Air as a Press Operator in our St Joseph, MO facility and become part of a global leader in packaging solutions. In this role, you’ll operate flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality packaging materials while maintaining safety standards and production efficiency.

This position operates in a manufacturing environment with exposure to typical production equipment and materials. The role requires working rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is provided and required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing presses and related equipment to produce high-quality packaging materials
• Set up, adjust, and maintain printing equipment according to job specifications
• Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure consistent output
• Perform quality checks and maintain detailed production records
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime

Safety Requirements

• Participate in safety observations
• Wear all required PPE and PFS: beard/hair net, hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety shoes.
• Perform all duties using safe work methods
• Attend and participate in monthly safety training.
• Comply with all established site and department safety rules and policies.
• Report unsafe conditions, all accidents and near misses immediately to the shift supervisor or his/her designate
