Job summary

Amcor Lebanon Plant is seeking a Printing Press Operator to run a 6-color rotogravure press, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to continuous improvement. You’ll monitor color, troubleshoot issues, and document production steps in a team-driven environment.

Compensation includes hourly pay with a night shift premium, 401(k) match, comprehensive medical benefits from day one, PTO and holidays, and opportunities for growth and development.

Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential

Join Amcor as a Printing Press Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality packaging that makes a global impact. You’ll run a 6-color rotogravure press, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Schedule

• Shift: 2-2-3: 12-hour shifts, nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years web handling and 2+ years rotogravure press experience

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Ability to distinguish colors accurately

• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality
