Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, manufacturing operations, or related role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, work centers, production flow, and scheduling methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production scheduling software.
• Ability to interpret demand forecasts, BOMs, routings, and capacity planning data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient workflow across all work centers.
• Balance customer demand, material availability, labor capacity, and equipment constraints to support on-time delivery, cost control, and standards compliance.
• Coordinate production schedules across manufacturing work centers to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Create and adjust daily, weekly, and long-range production schedules based on demand, forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
• Evaluate labor availability, machine capacity, and equipment constraints to support capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Materials Management teams to confirm material availability for scheduled production.
• Monitor production progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and revise schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate production scheduling data within the ERP/MRP system.
• Generate and analyze reports on schedule adherence, production performance, capacity utilization, and efficiency.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to identify scheduling improvements and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Hours: Mon-Fri; 8:30am-5pm

• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Materials Management teams to confirm raw material and component availability for scheduled production

Requirements
