Aliaxis in Washington is seeking a hands-on manufacturing worker to support various operations. The role requires reading a tape measure, safely operating power tools and equipment, and following established procedures with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
You will join a team, manage multiple tasks during peak periods, and adhere to timelines while supporting continuous production. Overtime and weekend hours may be required depending on production needs.

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and situations as they arise, notifying appropriate staff of problems beyond scope of normality
Other duties as assigned
Operate pallet jacks and carts to move parts between operations
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lb individually and 100 lbs. with a team lift on a consistent basis
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Good hand eye coordination
1st shift: Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm
We also have a swing shift available that is Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm
Overtime and weekend hours as needed
