Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking an experienced Press Brake Set-Up I/II to join our Wisconsin production team. You will set up and adjust press brake machines, tooling, and processes to produce quality parts that meet customer specifications.

You will read blueprints, interpret production documentation, and verify setups with precision measurement tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience with press brakes preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and production docs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust press brake machines, tooling, and equipment.
• Install, change, align, and adjust tooling based on job requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Set up jobs to meet required angles, dimensions, tolerances, and production specifications.
• Operate press brake equipment as needed to verify setups and produce parts.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, protractors, and other inspection equipment.
• Complete first-piece and periodic inspections to verify product quality.
• Make minor machine and process adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and process issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
