Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking an experienced Press Brake Set-Up I/II in Kentucky to join a fast-paced production team. You will set up, adjust, and inspect press brake processes and tooling to ensure parts meet specifications.

Responsibilities include first-piece inspections, troubleshooting, and supporting operators while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Benefits include a $2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine setup and tooling.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to use precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust press brake machines, tooling, and equipment for production
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production documentation
• Set up jobs to meet required angles, dimensions, tolerances, and production specifications
• Operate press brake equipment as needed to verify setups and produce parts
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, protractors, and other inspection equipment
• Complete first-piece and periodic inspections to verify product quality
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, productivity
