Athena Manufacturing is seeking a Press Brake Operator-Trainee in Austin, TX. This entry-level role provides supervised training to learn to load and operate press brakes, inspect parts, and follow safety procedures.
You will gain hands-on skills in setting up punches, dies, and fixtures, track production data, and support continuous improvement under supervision.

Press Brake Operator-Trainee is an entry level/trainee position. As an "Trainee" you will work under complete supervision. Provide assistance, learn to maintain and lubricate machines, load and operate press brake machines to shape metal according to customer specifications, the basics of being a press brake operator, procedures and processes used at Athena, and the importance of safety awareness.
