Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines per job specs and tooling.
• Review blueprints and instructions to determine bend sequences and tolerances.
• Calibrate back gauges, verify settings, and document results on SPC charts.
• Perform first-piece checks and adjust programs after approval as needed.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and maintain production records.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety procedures.
