Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines per job specs and allocate tooling.
• Review orders and blueprints to determine bend sequences and tolerances.
• Coordinate with supervisors on job requirements and setup.
• Perform back gauge calibration and verify machine settings.
• Run first-piece samples and obtain approval for production.
• Adjust machines and programs after first piece approval.
• Monitor production quality, efficiency, and dimensions.
• Record measurements on SPC charts and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and safe.
