Staffmark Group in Pinckard, Alabama is hiring a Press Brake Operator to run the press brake, ensure parts are formed to specification, and keep the line safe and productive. The role offers a 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, Monday through Thursday, at a pay rate of $14 per hour.

You’ll read blueprints, set up tooling, and monitor quality with basic measuring tools while contributing to a team-focused manufacturing environment that values reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training in metal fabrication, machining, manufacturing, or blueprint reading beneficial.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for coating.
• Load and unload parts.
• Ensure all components are produced and coated efficiently.
• Perform proper cleaning and light maintenance of equipment.
• Operate all coating machinery.
• Bake parts at correct temperatures within time limits.
