Qualifications

• High School diploma and 5-7 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform setups in a stainless-steel fabrication environment.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
• Ability to adapt and adjust plans to meet changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the press brake by setting up the machine, adjusting settings, and performing the bending.
• Interprets technical drawings to understand the desired shape, angle, and dimensions of the metal pieces.
• Chooses the correct dies, punches, and other tools needed for the specific job.
• Adjusts machine settings for material thickness and bend angles.
• Inspects finished pieces to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintains reliable and consistent attendance and works well with others as part of a team.
