Job summary

GA Systems LLC in Orange, CA is seeking a Press Brake Operator I for the first shift to produce sheet metal parts using a press brake. You will set up machines, read blueprints, select dies and tools, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, ability to interpret drawings, and adherence to safety procedures. Overtime may be required; PPE is provided and required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates the press brake by setting up the machine and adjusting settings.
• Interprets technical drawings to determine bend angles and dimensions.
• Selects dies, punches, and other tooling needed for each job.
• Adjusts machine settings for material thickness and bend angles.
• Inspects finished parts for conformance to specifications.
• Maintains safety procedures and PPE usage.
