Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our established manufacturing facility. You will program, set up, and operate CNC and servo-driven press brakes to shape metal parts, while meeting blueprint specifications.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of press brake experience, 5 years mechanical experience and PLC knowledge, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience operating CNC/servo-driven/all-electric/hydraulic/mechanical press brakes and panel bending machines.
• 5+ years of mechanical experience and 5+ years with PLCs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, shop math, blueprint-reading, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and servo-driven press brakes and panel benders.
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes to move materials.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools.
• Complete job trackers, work orders, and compliance paperwork.
• Meet production goals while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and servo-driven press brakes and panel benders
• Safely operate forklifts and handheld overhead cranes to move heavy materials
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, scales, and other precision tools
• Complete job trackers, work orders, and compliance paperwork accurately
• Meet production goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience operating CNC, servo-driven, all-electric, hydraulic, or mechanical press brakes and panel bending machines
• At least 5 years of mechanical experience and 5 years of experience working with PLCs
