Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Press Brake Operator I to set-up and operate metal bending machines in line with quality and productivity standards.

You will read blueprints, perform basic math calculations, follow safety procedures, inspect output, and maintain clean work areas while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork on site. This full-time role includes health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, memos, and simple instructions.
• Knowledge of basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designer.
• Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.

• Identify different types of material – Aluminum, 5000 series Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Paint Grip, Galvanneal, and Galvanized.
• Uphold site efficiency standards.
• Learn and demonstrate continuous improvement for site Safety and Quality standards and procedures.
• Meet the standards of the site attendance policy.
• Assist in other work areas as assigned.
