Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is hiring Press Brake Operators at Entry, Intermediate and Advanced levels to join our metal fabrication team in Kentucky. Responsibilities include safely operating and setting up press brakes, reading blueprints, and performing quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and safety procedures
• Perform quality inspections with basic and precision tools
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area
• Meet quality, productivity and attendance standards

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and set up press brake equipment to produce quality parts per specifications
• Read blueprints and follow bending sequences and production requirements
• Perform quality inspections and document results
• Identify materials and conditions affecting quality and report to management
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed
• Support continuous improvement for safety, quality and efficiency
