Job summary

IronLeaf Designs is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our growing fabrication team. This role involves setting up and operating press brake equipment to form metal components per drawings and production needs.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of press brake experience, can read and interpret technical drawings, and shows strong attention to detail. You will work independently and with a team to maintain quality and safety in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of press brake operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
• Ability to accurately use common measuring and inspection tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and production documentation.
• Select and install appropriate tooling for each job.
• Determine bend sequences, tooling, and machine settings.
• Measure and inspect completed parts to verify dimensions and tolerances.
