Job summary

B & G Industries Inc in Watertown, SD is hiring an Experienced Press Brake Operator for day shifts (10-hour days, Mon-Thu). Overtime as needed; $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. This role sets up and operates the brake press to produce bent parts that meet quality standards.

You will read drawings, set up tooling, calculate blank sizes and bending coordinates, prove programs, and inspect parts for conformance. Good communication and physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs with help are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Must calculate blank sizes, bend locations, tonnage and tooling.
• Strong verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press to bend parts.
• Prove programs and adjust controls for accuracy.
• Inspect parts to ensure conformance and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
