Bay Family of Companies is seeking a dedicated Press Brake operator to set up and run Amada and Bystronic brake presses. You will ensure the quality of all produced parts while upholding safety standards and company policies.

This role requires reading blueprints, organizing workflow to minimize downtime, performing routine maintenance, and conducting quality checks. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, safety‑driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Crane operation to load parts into presses.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Amada/ Bystronic Press Brake.
• Organize workflow to minimize machine downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Observe operation of the Press Brake, accuracy of formed parts, and adjust the CNC monitor as needed.
• Make minor repairs, adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform quality control checks and make adjustments as needed.
