Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a full-time Press Brake Operator to run Amada and Bystronic presses in Green Bay, WI. You will ensure quality of all produced materials while complying with safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities include setup, workflow organization, blueprint interpretation, CNC monitoring, basic maintenance, and quality checks to minimize downtime and maximize accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Experience loading parts into Press Brake using crane.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Amada/ Bystronic Press Brake.
• Organize workflow to minimize machine downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Observe operation of the Press Brake, accuracy of formed parts, and adjust the CNC monitor as needed.
• Make minor repairs, adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform quality control checks and make adjustments as needed.
