You will set up and operate CNC press brakes, read blueprints and work orders, select tooling, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, and measure parts using precision tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of press brake experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brakes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications.
• Select and install tooling for each production run; perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
• Measure and verify parts using precision measuring tools.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production standards.
• Complete production documentation and quality records.
• Safely handle materials and finished parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Work closely with supervisors, quality, and production teams to meet customer expectations.
