Job summary

Kratos Industries, LLC in Colorado is seeking a 2nd shift Press Brake Operator to form parts from sheet metal. You will set up and operate Amada HRB press brakes, ensuring materials and plans align with production schedules.

We offer competitive hourly pay $27.00–$33.00 with shift differential, full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO. Must live in Colorado and have prior press brake experience; day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience with press brakes preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Amada HRB press brake machines to form parts from sheet metal/copper.
• Set up, adjust, and align press brakes as required by product plans and production schedules.
• Ensure sufficient raw materials are available.
• Measure and align materials to be used.
• Inspect finished parts for quality per standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on press brakes.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

2ND SHIFT

WORK DAYS - Monday - Thursday

WORK HOURS - 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

PAY RATE - $27.00 - $33.00hr. depending on experience and shift differential pay available

Must have prior experience to be considered

Must be located in Colorado - No out of state Applicants

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operates Amada HRB Press Brake Machines to form parts from sheet metal/copper.
• Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brakes as required by product plans and production schedules.
• Ensures that there are sufficient raw materials available.
• Measures and aligns materials to be used.
• Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Performs routine maintenance on the press brakes.
• Maintains a clean work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press break controls.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans.
• Basic computer and math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Physically able to operate the press brake machines.
• Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• Day and Night shift are available

EXPERIENCE

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Press Brake Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
