Job summary

RTT Finishing Solutions, part of Clean Air Industries, seeks an experienced Press Brake Operator for 2nd shift to set up, bend, and form sheet metal per drawings. Training may occur on different shifts to build flexibility. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities include tooling selection, reading drawings, quality checks, and cross-training across production areas. Strong safety and teamwork focus is essential in a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sheet-metal bending or press brake operation.
• Strong press brake experience; Amada Vipros experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and apply dimensions and angles.
• Ability to use a tape measure and protractor to inspect work and confirm finished parts meet specifications.
• Willingness to cross-train in other production areas.
• Stand for the majority of the shift; lift up to 50 pounds.

We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for setting up and operating press brake and folding equipment, moving and handling sheet metal, making machine adjustments, and verifying finished parts meet drawing specifications. The regular schedule is Monday through Thursday, 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Training may take place on 1st shift, 2nd shift, or a combination of both, so flexibility during training is important. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake and folding equipment to bend and form sheet metal according to production requirements.
• Select and use appropriate tooling and make machine adjustments as needed to produce parts to specification.
• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, dimensions, angles, and other production specifications.

• Ability to set up and operate press brake/folding equipment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and apply dimensions and angles accurately.
• Ability to use a tape measure and protractor to inspect work and confirm finished parts meet specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make adjustments and work with minimal direction.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills highly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to cross-train in other areas of production.
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift; regularly bend, reach, and handle large sheets of metal; and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
