Job description

Responsible for set-up and operation of press brakes. May also be responsible for grinding parts, kitting, tagging and delivery of parts, cutting parts for welders and final assembly

Location: Bloomer, WI

Interesting Work In Your Field:

• Prepare and setup of necessary tools and equipment for press brake jobs
• Bend parts in accordance with specifications
• Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements i.e. continual improvements
• Quality checks on produced parts
• May operate other pieces of equipment.
• Inventory and quality documentation
• Keeping Press Brake and work area clean

Your Skills Should Include:

• Strong computer skills and ability to follow work orders
• Ability to identify different types of metal
• Math skills, ability to read a tape measure and blue prints
• Metal fabrication methods, and mechanical aptitude are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate overhead cranes, forklifts and other equipment
