We’re hiring skilled Press Brake Operators to join our fabrication team on 1st and 2nd shifts. If you’re experienced with setting up and operating press brake machines, take pride in accurate bends, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—this is your opportunity to grow with a stable, well-established company.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC press brake machines to form sheet metal to precise specifications
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and bend specifications
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools like calipers, protractors, and gauges
• Adjust machine settings to achieve accurate angles and dimensions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and report any equipment issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating a press brake machine (Amada, Cincinnati, Accurpress, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and part specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and measuring skills required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• CNC press brake experience and tooling knowledge a plus
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
