Aerotek in Webster, NY is seeking a pressing brake operator for a contract-to-hire role in a busy, hands-on machine shop. You will set up and operate manual press brakes, read blueprints, and ensure precise bends according to specifications.

Work schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–11:00 AM, onsite in Webster. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $28.00 per hour with benefits available and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of press brake setup and operation experience.
• Hands-on experience with manual press brake machines and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills for precise fabrication.
• Experience with press brake setup and operation, preferably with NCA controls.

Pay and Benefits
