Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator in Minneapolis, MN to safely set up and operate press brakes and related sheet-metal equipment. The role requires mechanical aptitude and attention to detail to meet quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a first-shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule with a salary range of $58,000–$66,000 per year. Randstad provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain equipment such as Press brakes, saws, drills, Turret presses, and hand tools
• Set up and run Turrets and Press Brakes at proper speeds and feeds
• Fabricate and modify sheet metal to meet design specifications
• Operate press brake with correct dies and determine bend lines/tooling using bend allowances
• Use grinders to deburr flame-cut parts
• Inspect completed units to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting efforts as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
