Job summary

Total Staffing Solutions in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking a Press Brake Operator to support fabrication operations on 2nd shift (1:30PM - 11:00PM). You will operate press brake equipment, read blueprints, and use gauges to ensure quality parts.

The role requires applying standard work instructions and performing routine maintenance. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of press brake experience, familiarity with Amada RG 50 and Cincinnati machines, and a dependable, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of press brake experience preferred.
• Experience with Amada RG 50 and Cincinnati Press preferred.
• Able to read tape measures and convert fractions to decimals.
• Able to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Detail oriented, dependable and a team player.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Pay: $24/hour Based on Experience

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift 1:30PM - 11:00PM

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Job Responsibilities

• Operate press brake and other fabrication equipment
• Follow work instructions from supervisors and production coordinators
• Perform daily machine maintenance before operation
• Set up and install proper bending dies
• Inspect parts after bending to ensure quality
• Read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Complete additional manufacturing duties as needed

Requirements

• 1 2 years of press brake experience preferred

• Ability to read tape measures and convert fractions to decimals
• Ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Team player with good communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance
