Strong communication and safety focus are essential. The role requires a background in production or manufacturing, familiarity with safety protocols, and the ability to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain 608 refrigerant certification.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities
