Job summary

Rapat Corporation is seeking a Press Brake & Laser Operator in Hawley, MN for a full-time role with a 45-hour work week. The candidate will read blueprints, verify specs, perform tooling changes, and support setup and operation of fiber laser and CNC press brake machines.

We value candidates with NC/CNC knowledge, forklift/overhead crane experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to read job orders and blueprints. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related education preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of NC/CNC equipment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and use a protractor.
• Verify specs and perform tooling changes.
• Do inspections and routine maintenance.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Stage parts for next operation.
• Operate machinery: shear, drill press, forklift, punch press.
• Operate Fiber Laser and CNC Press Brake.
• Use nesting software.

Location: Hawley, MN

Full-Time:45-hour work week

Compensation: DOE

• Mon-Thu: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Fri: Overtime as needed
