Award Staffing is looking for a Press Brake Operator in Rogers, MN. This position is Temp to Hire with a pay rate range of $18.00–$19.00/hr for 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 6AM–2:30PM. Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with CNC Press Brake.
• Ability to read measuring tools (hand measuring tools such as caliper, protractor, square, height gage for in process inspections).
• Ability to read blueprints (basic/entry-level).
• Self‑starter, mechanically inclined.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC Press Brake machines.
• Set and remove tooling for press brake machines.
• Run sample part.
• Measure parts using calipers and tape measure.
• Check parts for accuracy using blueprints.
