Job summary

Rapat Corporation is seeking a Press Brake & Laser Operator to join our Hawley, MN manufacturing team. This full-time role runs a 45-hour work week with overtime as needed and offers DOE compensation.

You will read blueprints, verify specs, perform tooling changes, and stage parts for the next operation. The operator will run a fiber laser and CNC press brake, use nesting software, and assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills.
• Experience with NC/CNC equipment is preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is required.

• Verify specs and perform tooling changes.
• Do inspections and routine maintenance.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Stage parts for next operation.

• Mon-Thu: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Fri: Overtime as needed
