ProMach in Wisconsin is seeking a Press Assistant to support the setup, operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. This role offers a stable schedule, starting pay of $20/hour, plus an 8% shift premium. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is also included.

As a Press Assistant, you support the setup, operation, changeover, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. You work side‑by‑side with the Press Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste, ensuring every job is set up for success.
You’ll be joining a 24/7 flexographic printing operation that offers stable schedules, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Pay starts at $20.00/hour + 8% shift premium ($21.60/hour). $2,000 sign‑on bonus. Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM. No swing or rotating shifts.
Total compensation includes salary, comprehensive medical/dental programs, life insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan with a company match. Eligibility for benefits begins on the first day of employment.
