Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Press Assistant to support setup, operation, changeovers, and maintenance of flexographic presses in a fast-paced 24/7 production environment. You will work closely with the Press Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour plus 8% shift premium, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Day shift runs 5:00 AM–5:00 PM Mon–Wed with every other Sunday off; no swing or rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.
• Adhere to GMP and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Press Operator during setup, operation and changeovers to minimize waste and downtime.
• Prepare for jobs by staging ink, plates, cores, and materials.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Operator to maintain schedule and efficiency.
• Perform general cleaning and waste management; assist with routine press maintenance.
• Follow safety guidelines and GMP requirements.
