Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Press Assistant to support setup, operation, changeovers, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. You will work closely with the Press Operator to minimize waste, maintain safety, and keep production running on schedule.

The role offers 24/7 operation context with starting pay of $17.00/hour, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and stable day shifts on a rotating schedule. Training provided for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• Support the Press Operator during press setup, operation, and changeovers to minimize waste and downtime.
• Prepare for upcoming jobs by staging ink, plates, cores, and materials.
• Retrieve ink from inventory and assist with cutting and preparing cores as needed.
• Perform general cleaning and empty waste bins to maintain an organized work area.
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety requirements.
• Assist with routine press maintenance and support efficient production workflows.
• Coordinate daily responsibilities with the Operator to keep production running on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support press and production operations.
