Graphic Packaging International is seeking a 2nd Pressman in the Phoenixville area. The role involves supporting the 1st Pressman with color and register corrections, and stepping in when needed to run the press.
Overtime and varied shifts may apply, with union progression after a 60-day probation. The position requires manufacturing experience and 2–5 years of relevant work, excellent attendance, and the ability to work independently and meet quality standards.

Position: 2nd Pressman
Shift/Hours: Schedules are up to 12-hour shifts Mondays – Fridays and 8-hour shifts on Saturdays. However, employees must have the ability to work alternate schedules and overtime that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.
Position Type: Union role; Will join union after 60 day probationary period.
Benefits: Offered after 60 days of employment.
Time Off: One week after 60-day probationary period, pro-rated based on hire date.
