Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Presort Associate 1 for the Salt Lake City facility. The 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday, 5:15 pm to 1:45 am. Base rate is $17.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential, totaling $18.00 per hour.

As a Presorter/Dispatcher, you will review mail, ensure correctness, manage barcodes, coordinate with drivers, and support inbound/outbound processing in a fast-paced environment. Physical lifting and safety adherence are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical production environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Presort: prepare outgoing mail, review date, postage, barcodes for production.
• Check mail for correct dates, zip codes, overweights; ensure no jams.
• Communicate errors and identify bad barcodes; troubleshoot jams.
• Dispatch/mail processing: stack, sleeve, and separate mail as required.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time delivery and SLA compliance.
• Assist inbound/outbound processing and monitor acceptance times.
