Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Mail Sorter in our Orlando, FL facility. This full-time role involves preparing outgoing metered mail, verifying postages and barcodes, and meeting production standards. You will troubleshoot jams, report barcode errors, and support a fast-paced mail sorting operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Mail Sorter or in a similar mail sorting role.
• Ability to read and follow safety and operational directions in English.
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends/holidays.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing metered mail by reviewing date, postage, and barcodes.
• Communicate errors and recognize bad barcodes in the mail.
• Troubleshoot and remove mail piece jams from machines.
• Perform additional duties as required.
