Pitney Bowes Presort Services is hiring a Presort Associate 1 for our Houston, TX facility on 1st shift. Earn $16 per hour with full-time, direct-hire employment. Responsibilities include preparing outgoing mail, managing barcodes, and ensuring quality and on-time dispatch.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods is required. Ideal candidates are dependable with strong communication and organization skills, and willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing mail with correct date, postage, and barcodes.
• Identify and report errors and bad barcodes.
• Troubleshoot and clear mail jams.
• Monitor mail quality before processing and dispatch.
• Understand USPS labels, bin numbers, and sorting requirements.
• Ensure equipment and processes run smoothly and meet SLAs.
• Assist with inbound/outbound mail processing and shifts.
