Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing mail by reviewing date, postage, and barcodes.
• Communicate errors and fix bad barcodes on mail/packages.
• Troubleshoot and remove mail piece jams from machines.
• Monitor the quality of mail/packages prior to processing.
• Understand USPS labels and bin/ tray requirements.
• Follow QMS practices to assure quality of output.
• Assist with inbound and outbound mail/package processing.
• Ensure mail is prepared to meet SLAs.
• Promote a clean, safe work area.
