Job summary

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated bartender to deliver exceptional service in a iconic Riverside setting. You will greet guests, craft cocktails, describe menu selections, and ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.

We value a welcoming, customer-focused attitude, 2–4 years of bartending experience, and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the bar area and maintain an engaging presence.
• Describe menu items and guide guests on their beverage journey.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes.
• Stock and stock daily garnishes, juices, and perishables; manage bar setup and cleanliness.
• Enter orders in the POS and finalize guest checks; manage cash drops and security.

The Bartender is responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest’s needs while preparing perfect beverages in a timely manner.
