Job summary

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a highly motivated Bar Back to support bartenders and servers in delivering memorable hospitality at a world-class property in Riverside, CA. You will keep the bar stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist with requisitions to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates have engaging personality, knowledge of wine and cocktails, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication.

The Bar Back is key to a successful operation. This individual is responsible for supporting the bartenders and servers with delivering memorable hospitality to our guests. As a Bar Back, it is your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, working to keep the bar stocked, filling requisitions and keeping the area clean.
