Job summary

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Riverside, California, is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our bar team. You’ll deliver memorable hospitality, craft signature drinks, and engage guests with expert menu descriptions.

With 2–4 years of bartender experience, you’ll work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintain stock and garnishes, input orders at the POS, and ensure accurate billing while providing an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Excellent communication and an engaging personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Descriptive and sales-driven, with a focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist at the bar area.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey with menu descriptions.
• Take orders accurately and confirm any special requests.
• Prepare beverages following standard recipes and maintain portion control.
• Present bills promptly and accurately at the end of the service.
• Stock and replenish bar supplies and garnishes daily.
• Input orders into the POS system and manage checks.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bar area and stations.
