Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all business operations including ticket sales, partnerships, marketing, community relations, and stadium operations.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability and execution.
• Establish organizational goals, operating plans, and performance metrics aligned with ownership objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, urgency, service excellence, and fiscal responsibility.
• Lead revenue-generating functions across the club and stadium and oversee venue operations with the Stadium General Manager.
• Develop and execute long-range growth strategies to maximize enterprise value and yearly revenue growth.
• Personally cultivate and close significant partnerships and oversee venue agreements.
• Identify and pursue new monetization opportunities tied to stadium assets, media, and fan engagement.
