Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive construction management with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success managing $250M+ in concurrent multifamily work.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred; OSHA 30 certification required.
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, DBIA or CM-Lean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight across a portfolio of ground-up multifamily developments.
• Lead the entire construction lifecycle from entitlement input to turnover.
• Drive schedule, budget, and reporting consistency across geographies.
• Oversee risk, safety programs, and contract negotiation with partners.
