The role requires hands-on leadership, deep manufacturing expertise, and proven ability to drive safety, quality, and financial performance across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of leadership in asset-intensive manufacturing, strong commercial judgment, and experience building high-performing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial manufacturing or asset-intensive environments.
• Significant general-management and full P&L ownership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site manufacturing across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of a sizable, multi-site manufacturing division.
• Build a safety-first, accountable, and performance-driven operating culture.
• Improve quality, scheduling, on-time delivery, throughput and asset utilization.
• Establish consistent operating processes, KPIs, cadence, and performance expectations.
• Drive profitable growth, margin improvement, cash flow, and working-capital discipline.
• Collaborate across commercial, engineering, and operations to convert demand into profitable results.
• Develop leadership depth and succession planning across the division.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure commitments are met.
