Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to drive growth.
• Set long-term vision, growth strategy, and business goals.
• Oversee operations, sales, finance, HR, and safety.
• Lead and mentor executive and management teams.
• Drive profitability with full P&L accountability.
• Maintain key client relationships at the highest level.
• Oversee capital investments, expansions, and partnerships.
• Ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.
• Manage succession planning and organizational development.
• Represent culture and values, ensuring strong employee engagement.
• Navigate industry challenges in mechanical/refrigeration.
• Partner on succession and transition planning.
